We clear multiflora rose, bush honeysuckle, autumn olive, and other invasive brush that chokes native habitat — protecting desirable trees and understory so your land recovers stronger.
Services we offer
Who we are
Practical, results-driven outdoor services — invasive clearing, gravel driveway maintenance, and timber stand improvement.
AIX Outdoors LLC is a southeast Iowa land management company specializing in practical, results-driven outdoor services for rural property owners. We focus on clearing invasive plants that choke out native habitat, maintaining gravel driveways so they stay functional year-round, and performing timber stand improvement that strengthens the health and long-term value of your woods.
Based in the Burlington / New London area and serving southeast Iowa, we combine the right equipment with local knowledge of Iowa soils, vegetation, and seasons. Landowners hire us for clean, professional results that leave the land far better than we found it.
We remove aggressive invasive species common across Iowa — multiflora rose, bush honeysuckle, autumn olive, and other brush that spreads quickly and reduces forage and cover for wildlife. Efficient clearing while protecting desirable trees and understory so native habitat recovers stronger.
We regrade, reshape, and re-surface driveways to improve drainage, reduce washouts, and keep access reliable through wet seasons and freeze-thaw cycles.
Selective thinning, removing competing or low-value stems, and opening the canopy to favor higher-quality hardwoods and better wildlife habitat — tailored to your woods and your goals.
Why landowners call
If your property is stuck in one of these, that is the job — we bring the machines and finish the work on your land.
Multiflora rose, bush honeysuckle, autumn olive, and other invasives crowding out native habitat along fence lines and timber edges you cannot walk or mow.
Potholes, no crown, poor drainage — washouts after rain and freeze-thaw that leave your lane unreliable through wet seasons.
Crowded canopy, competing low-value stems, and little light for higher-quality hardwoods or wildlife cover.
No quiet way in, mud holes, ruts, or a cut that erodes every spring.
Wrong spot, wrong wind, poor soil, or a seed-bag layout that never hunted.
Nowhere to dump on site, stone that has to come from a pit, spoil with no home.

Quiet, durable paths across your acreage that hold through mud season.
Food plots sized and sited to your ground — not a seed-bag photo.
Selective thinning and canopy work that favors hardwoods and wildlife habitat on your woods — plus stand lanes when you hunt.
Acreage mowing that keeps your fields and edges from going back to brush.
Haul-off and stone delivery when mulch-in-place is not the finish you want.

Mulched a thick fence line on our acreage. Crew showed up when they said, left a clean mulch layer, and we can walk the edge again. Will hire for the driveway next.
Our gravel lane was all ruts and grass down the middle. They graded and resurfaced it — drives smooth and sheds water. Honest price, no surprises.
Cleared brush for a food plot and cut a trail to the stand. Communication was clear and the finish matched what we asked for on our property.
