Land clearing has a minimum flat rate of $2,000 per day. Beyond that, every quote is unique — built around what you want accomplished on your property, not a one-size price list.
The $2,000/day minimum is a floor for land clearing — not a fixed package price. Two properties of the same size can quote differently based on brush density, terrain, access, and the finish you need.

People picture two outcomes for a brush pass: a burn pile, or bare dirt. Mulching leaves neither. The head grinds standing brush, saplings, and small-diameter trees into a mat of chewed-up wood fiber that stays right where it fell. It looks rough for the first few weeks — grey-brown, uneven, a little wild — and then it starts breaking down into the soil instead of leaving a scar of ash.
That mat suppresses weeds and volunteer growth, holds moisture, and keeps the next pass from churning ruts. On a slope it does some of the same job gravel or straw would do for erosion — because the material was already there. What it will not do is turn timber into a lawn. Stumps on smaller stems get chewed low but not pulled; a driveway pad or food plot with zero obstructions may need grubbing or grading, not just harder mulching. Real merchantable timber belongs to a timber buyer or logger, not a mulching head.
